Richard brings to the Group over 32 years of loss adjusting experience. As the third generation to operate under the AH Priestley & Son company name, for the last 16 years, he has specialised in the adjustment of fire and weather peril losses involving broadacre crops, in addition to chemical overspray and agricultural liability claims.

Richard has also acquired a wealth of practical agricultural experience through his direct involvement in various farming enterprises. He purchased his first property in 1968 and is currently a breeder of superfine merino, runs a small herd of beef steers and crops oats and oaten hay for both on farm use and sale. In addition to managing the ALM Group's WA operations, Richard will also be assisting with the ongoing training of Group consultants and staff and will also be available to support field operations in other States as required.
