Experience

Graeme Lee has considerable practical experience in drystock, dairying and horticulture, with many years of involvement as a direct producer. In addition to his expertise in agricultural production, he also has significant consulting experience in agri business management, and was formerly the General Manager of a national ag consulting company. During this time he was directly involved in a number of projects, including chemical detection and residue testing.

Graeme's broad experience also includes 16 years in the Insurance Industry, of which 10 were spent dealing with loss investigations. He is the Group's resident Director in New Zealand and handles both agri liability and weather peril production losses.
