The parent company operates as a consultative board, bringing together a range of professionals from agri-associated disciplines, to address the scope and quality of services offered by the various divisions of the group. In terms of ALM's operations in Australia and New Zealand, the parent company has focused the expertise and capabilities of the Group in areas such as crop and agri-liability loss adjustment, risk management and consulting.
Other operating divisions of the company, headquartered in Australia, include International Agri-Business Consultants (IAC), a specialist agri-research consulting unit which concentrates on both private and Government sector agri-trade and development projects and VETNET, which is a veterinary network bringing together a number of specialists in all areas of animal health, nutrition and production.
The ALM Group and Agricultural Loss Management Group (NZ) Pty Ltd (AK 871327) are the main operational divisions of the Australian Group's parent company, International Adjustment Management Pty Ltd (ABN 29 071 723 781).
