Integral to the management of crop losses is the ability to quickly gauge the potential outcomes and direct the most advantageous procedures for maximising production. ALM has many years of experience in crop adjustment, and has sourced procedures from other countries of the world, and developed supporting procedural guidelines for local application. This ensures that an objective approach, responsive to varietal and farm management developments, is maintained.

Indeed, our procedures and our technology is now used in a number of countries where the Group has undertaken adjustment/development projects. Critical to all of this is access to the right people - and to this end, ALM has established a formidable network of specialists in both the private and Government sectors who can be confidently called upon if and when the need arises, to support the growing number of consultants retained by the Group.
