Brent has 27 years experience in the investigation and quantification of agri industry losses and liaison with key industry organizations and representatives. He has undertaken numerous development projects and investigations internationally involving agri industries and loss compensation programs, in addition to quantitative investigations into major crop failures and natural disasters on behalf of international Reinsurers, Brokers, Lloyd’s and the UNFAO.

Within Australia, he has handled the claims management functions of numerous industry wide programs and has dealt with thousands of individual claim adjustments covering the full range of crop types and perils.

As Group Chairman and Managing Director of the ALM Group, he oversees the operations of the company, particularly crop loss services. In addition to dealing with major losses and specialist lines, he continues an involvement in a broad range of adjusting and consulting assignments.
